Our apartment is located on the beautiful island of Sicily in the pleasant entertainment village of Cefalu.The apartment is in a spectacular location with stunning views over the sea and the bay of Cefalu and a few minutes from the beach.
It has a private infinity swimming pool with a huge accompanying private terrace with spectacular sea views.

In Cefalù on the north coast of Sicily and about 70 km from Palermo, we have a 6 person apartment at an altitude of about 135 meters above sea level, which gives it a very nice view over the entire bay of Cefalu and the village.It has a super large terrace with lots of sun all day.
In the garden there is a large olive tree that provides a lot of shade and is a wonderful place to relax and watch the sun go down.
Outside is a large dining table with barbeque, sun loungers and a fantastic swing sofa that can also be used as a 2 person sun lounger.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a double bed (200 x 140 cm).
The apartment is neatly and functionally furnished and is equipped with a 4K smart TV and a WiFI internet connection.
Kitchen is fully equipped and also has a coffee machine (senseo or dolce gusto).
Location
The apartment is located about 2 km from the beach and the old town. (Car/scooter recommended)As the crow flies, it is 1 km from the beach.
There is a large private parking lot 10 meters from the entrance.
The apartment consists of 2 floors: the top floor belongs to the owner who only stays there during his holidays.
On the ground floor is the apartment that is rented.
This apartment is very suitable for family with up to 4 children.
This because of the privacy and space... and of course the swimming pool with spectacular views.
The pool has a depth of approximately 130 cm and is therefore very suitable for playing with children.
Rooms
The 6-person apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen, dining table, satellite TV and a sofa that can easily be converted into a 2-person sofa bed (200 x 140 cm).The bathroom is spacious and has a very large shower area (200 x 100 cm).
The master bedroom with 1 double bed (200 x 180 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Private pool
The newly built infinity pool is 12 x 5.5 meters with 2 large windows on the side and is spectacularly lit at night.This gives the swimming pool a very relaxed and warm appearance and where it is wonderful to stay with a view over the bay and the village.
The pool is 1.3 meters deep so that it is safe and also ideal for playing. It also has a shallow "beach" (from 0 to 20 cm) which is wonderful to use on a sun lounger, but is also a nice playground for children.
In the pool are 2 lovely floating chairs and 2 floating sunbeds.
There is also a corner of the pool with some shade so that you can read / float in the shade on the floating chair.
We also have some water toys for the little ones. Present in the apartment (free to use)

Check in from 3pm - check out 11am.
Prices include electricity, bed linen, towels and use of private swimming pool.
Places of Interest
There is plenty to do, except for the many sights in Sicily, it is a beautiful island, where you can walk to the fullest.The village of Cefalù itself is a very pleasant entertainment circuit and has a beautiful sandy beach.
You can also enjoy delicious food at a reasonable price in the many (fish) restaurants or pizzerias.
Additional information about things to do in the area
Quad biking:Self off road driving with Quads through the mountains and the national park le Madonie (recommended).
Aqua Verde water park Approx 10 minutes drive. (see last photo).
This park has many slides an outdoor wave pool and is really great fun for children.
Also suitable for very small children as they have play equipment and a paddling pool.
Sea kayaking
Dinghies can be rented in the port of Cefalu.
Car Hire
There are several car rental companies in the village, but it is cheaper to rent a car directly at the airport.If you fly with Ryainair it is best to rent a car in combination with your flight ticket because it is considerably cheaper.
Car / scooter / electric bike rental
A few minutes away it is possible to rent scooters, electric bikes and bicycles.Supermarkets
Several supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away.Boat trips
From the marina of Cefalu it is possible to rent dinghies and there are day trips to the Aeolian Islands.Extension to 19 people possible
Possibility to rent the 2 adjacent apartment(s) extra so that up to 19 people can stay.It is then ideal for a large family or for a joint holiday with friends in the 3 apartments that we own and rent.
There are 6 to 7 sleeping places per apartment.
